Mr. Hironobu Tsujiguchi x Jiyugaoka x SANNO
Jiyugaoka is home to many famous and popular sweets shops, such as Mont Blanc, a long-established Western confectionery store that originated Mont Blanc cake, and Jiyugaoka Sweets Forest, Japan's first sweets theme park.
<Jiyugaoka Sweets Promotion> is a project in which students learn the secrets of promotion from Hironobu Tsujiguchi, a world-renowned super pastry chef representing Japan, and work primarily on branding the city as the city of sweets, ''Jiyugaoka.''
The project is a collaboration between Mr. Tsujiguchi, who is the owner-chef of the Western confectionery store Mont Saint Clair and Jiyugaoka Roll Shop in Jiyugaoka, and is also involved in product brands, regional promotion, and corporate production, both Western and Japanese, and Jiyugaoka's shopping district. It is.

Hironobu Tsujiguchi
Pastry chef/chocolatier
A pastry chef and chocolatier who has represented Japan in international confectionery competitions such as the Coupe du Monde and has won numerous championships.
Currently, it operates 13 brands with different concepts, including Mont Saint Clair (Jiyugaoka, Tokyo).
At the chocolate fair presented at the Salon du Chocolat Paris, it has received the highest rating for six consecutive years since 2013.
In 2019, the 25th anniversary year, Club des Croqueurs de Chocolat won the Best of the Best Award for the best chocolatier we encountered. In 2015, it won the gold medal in the chocolate bar category at the International Chocolate Awards.
In addition to implementing the "Sweets Concierge Certification", the Japan Sweets Association advocates "Sweets Education" to develop people through sweets making.
He serves as a visiting professor at Sanno University, where he supports classes in which students promote Jiyugaoka, the city of sweets, from a unique perspective.

Yasuki Nishimura
Advisor / used bookstore owner / Jiyugaoka shopping district board member
He is the third generation owner of Nishimura Bunseido, an antiquarian bookstore established in 1948 in Jiyugaoka.
He has been collecting and researching materials related to Jiyugaoka, taking advantage of his position as an antiquarian book specialist.
In recent years, he has been focusing on the business of "coordinating spaces with books," and has established LIBRO STYLE Co.
He is also the editor in chief of "Jiyugaoka Official Guidebook" and "Whiplin's Jiyugaoka Wall Newspaper" at Jiyugaoka Shopping Street Promotion Association as the director of publishing and planning division.
Since 1998, he has been teaching classes such as "Jiyugaoka Event Collaboration" and "Jiyugaoka Sweets Promotion" as a concurrent lecturer at Sanno University.
He has appeared on TV and radio, written and published articles in magazines, and given numerous lectures.
